Your voucher may be redeemed at the merchant who issued it for the amount that you paid for it, even if the promotional value has expired. In addition, any unredeemed voucher may be returned to us within the first 3 days of purchase for a refund of the amount paid. After that period, no voucher will be refunded by Parentoh and all sales are final unless otherwise explicitly stated in Purchase Terms
Should the merchant offering a getaways voucher be unable to book the stay you want during the available dates, we will refund your purchase. If the book-by date passes and you have not booked your trip, the voucher loses its promotional value, but the voucher is still worth the money you paid for it, and the voucher may be used as a credit with the merchant.
For hotel reservations booked through our website, the specific cancellation and refund policies for the hotel will be listed in the Purchase Terms for the deal.
You can return any item purchased through Parentoh within 15 days of delivery, on us, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the Purchase Terms. Original shipping charges are not refundable on items returned due to customer preference. After the period of 15 days, all items are non-refundable, and all sales are final. Returns must be shipped with a return label provided by us so that the return and refund may be processed. Please see our website for additional information on obtaining return labels.
Sales of tickets through Parentoh are final, unless stated in the Purchase Terms.
